Helmkamp, Ellis, Abraham, Engerer & Ghannam is an association of attorneys founded by Alan Helmkamp, Mark Ellis, and Douglas Abraham in 1982.  Our attorneys have over 100 years of combined experience handling matters of all sizes and complexities. 

Our office is extremely proud to have employed and mentored countless young legal professionals over our many years of practice, many of whom have gone on to become distinguished members of the Michigan bar as attorneys and even judges.
